"Get Interfaces without Topology" in SmartConsole erases some object and interfaces parameters

Symptoms

• When you click Get Interfaces without topology in SmartConsole, some interfaces go into edit mode.
• Get Interfaces Without Topology deletes comments from SmartConsole.
• Get Interfaces Without Topology in SmartConsole causes port objects to lose their configured comments and color settings.

Error example:

Before 'Get Interfaces Without Topology': Port eth1 - Comment: "Uplink to core switch", Color: Blue

After 'Get Interfaces Without Topology': Port eth1 - Comment: "", Color: Default (no color)

Solution

This problem was fixed. The fix is included in:

• Jumbo Hotfix Accumulator for R82.10 starting from Take 36
• Jumbo Hotfix Accumulator for R82 starting from Take 118
