Symptoms

• Unable to publish new worksessions
• The cpm.elg log shows:

[java.util.concurrent.ThreadPoolExecutor@73125ea5[{+}*Running, pool size = 100, active threads = 100, queued tasks = 10000, completed tasks = 37083480*{+}]] did not accept task: com.checkpoint.management.coresvc.CPRunnable@99656b20

Cause

Queued tasks reached the maximum amount threshold and do not get cleared out.

Solution

This problem was fixed. The fix is included in:

• Check Point Quantum R82
• Jumbo Hotfix Accumulator for R81.20 starting from Take 14
• Jumbo Hotfix Accumulator for R81.10 starting from Take 106
• Jumbo Hotfix Accumulator for R81 starting from Take 87
• Jumbo Hotfix Accumulator for R80.40 starting from Take 198
