Skyline does not show information

Symptoms

• Skyline reports only basic fields like "system_uptime".
• The /opt/CPviewExporter/otlp_cpview.log file contains the level=error invalidcharacter'}'afterdecimalpointinnumericliteral=(MISSING) error.
• The output of the "cpview -m" command is corrupted.

Cause

The JSON library has limited support for 64-bit values. The issue occurs when it attempts to parse numeric values greater than some threshold.

Solution

This problem was fixed. The fix is included starting from:

• Jumbo Hotfix Accumulator for R81.20 starting from Take 8
• Jumbo Hotfix Accumulator for R81.10 starting from Take 93
• Jumbo Hotfix Accumulator for R81 starting from Take 82
• Jumbo Hotfix Accumulator for R80.40 starting from Take 196
