# Skyline does not show information

**Product**: ClusterXL, Multi-Domain Security Management, Security Gateways, Security Management, VSX (Traditional)

## Symptoms

- Skyline reports only basic fields like "system_uptime".  
- The _/opt/CPviewExporter/otlp_cpview.log_ file contains the `level=error invalidcharacter'}'afterdecimalpointinnumericliteral=(MISSING)` error.  
- The output of the "`cpview -m`" command is corrupted.

## Cause

The JSON library has limited support for 64-bit values. The issue occurs when it attempts to parse numeric values greater than some threshold.
