Symptoms
The ioc_feeds process shows high CPU usage.
Gateway consumption of memory is high.
Debugging ioc_feeds shows the following error in $FWDIR/log/ioc_feeder.elg:
[8059 4109752192]@HOST[24 May 14:58:46] CIOCCustomFormatParser[1035] ::write_line: [INFO] exception std::bad_allocRemoving ioc_feeds resolves the issue.
Solution
This problem was fixed. The fix is included in:
- Jumbo Hotfix Accumulator for R81.20 starting from Take 43

A Support Engineer will make sure the Hotfix is compatible with your environment before providing the Hotfix.
