Symptoms
- Multi-Domain Sever does not add a new Security Group object to an existing group of policy targets when you add the new Security Gateway in policy > policy targets > group.
- The issue occurs only when you add the Security Gateway to the group under "policy targets".
Solution
This problem was fixed. The fix is included starting from:
- Jumbo Hotfix Accumulator for R81.20 starting from Take 26
- Jumbo Hotfix Accumulator for R81.10 starting from Take 110
- Jumbo Hotfix Accumulator for R81 starting from Take 87
- Jumbo Hotfix Accumulator for R80.40 starting from Take 198
Check Point recommends to always upgrade to the Recommended version ( Security Gateway / VSX / Security Management Server / Multi-Domain Security Management Server / SmartConsole).
If you choose not to upgrade, contact Check Point Support to get a Hotfix for your version.
