Symptoms

In the Read-only mode in SmartConsole, the "Where used failed" error appears when you right-click an object in the security policy and select "Where Used" from the drop-down menu or using the "where-used" Management API command.

The issue occurs starting in these Jumbo Hotfix Takes:

R81 JHF Take 87
- R81.10 JHF Take 110
- R81.20 JHF Take 26
When you search for an object, the search fails with this error:

"An error occurred while searching."

The cpm.elg file contains these lines:

Solution

This problem was fixed. The fix is included in:

Jumbo Hotfix Accumulator for R81.20 starting from Take 38
Jumbo Hotfix Accumulator for R81.10 starting from Take 128
Jumbo Hotfix Accumulator for R81 starting from Take 89
