# SmartConsole's "Where Used" and search options fail in the Read-only mode

## Symptoms

- In the Read-only mode in SmartConsole, the "Where used failed" error appears when you right-click an object in the security policy and select "Where Used" from the drop-down menu or using the "where-used" Management API command.

The issue occurs starting in these Jumbo Hotfix Takes:

- R81 JHF Take 87
  - R81.10 JHF Take 110
  - R81.20 JHF Take 26

- When you search for an object, the search fails with this error:

"An error occurred while searching."

- The _cpm.elg_ file contains these lines:
