# Threat Indicators starting with "https" are blocked based on DNS Reputation or URL Reputation

## Symptoms

- Threat indicators that begin with 'https' are subject to blocking based on either DNS Reputation or URL Reputation. For example:
  - Indicator: `observ1`
  - URL: `httpsll.com`
  - Reputation Type: `URL`
  - DNS Reputation: `High`
  - URL Reputation: `High`
  - Action: `Block`
- After removing the problematic indicator, you can access websites.

This problem was fixed. The fix is included in:
