# Smart WorkFlow request or approval causes SmartConsole to crash

## Symptoms
- SmartConsole crashes when submitting request when logged in as a restricted admin.
- SmartConsole crashes when approving a request from a restricted admin when logged in as a Domain or Multi-Domain admin.
- CPM Debugs show this error in _CPM.elg_:  
  _[TIME] ERROR coresvc.internal.WorkSessionMgmtSvcImpl [qtp-1723201880-104765]:_  
  _Running workflow before SUBMIT operation jobs failed with an unexpected error: No DomainSession object found for session XXXXXXXXX_
- SmartConsole debugs show no response from submitting an action.

## Cause
Large number of administrators causes a timeout in the function.

## Solution
This problem was fixed. The fix is included in:
