Symptoms

• Duo authentication Management Report shows different countries with Remote Access VPN client connections.
• The first "Accept-Request" payload contains the correct order of the IP address 1.2.3.4. However, the second "Accept-Request" payload contains the reversed order of IP address 4.3.2.1. It results in the Duo management report showing the source from an incorrect country.
• The solution provided in sk167361 does not help.

Solution

This problem was fixed. The fix is included in:

• Jumbo Hotfix Accumulator for R81.10 starting from Take 158
• Jumbo Hotfix Accumulator for R81 starting from Take 106
