Symptoms

• After upgrade or Domain migration, policy installation fails with: "ERROR: Duplicate keys XXXXX in table gw_properties."

• DAIP Gateway or interoperable objects appear with duplicate dynamic IP addresses.

• New DAIP objects incorrectly reuse initial dummy IPs (for example, 2.2.2.1).

Cause

A synchronization condition leads to improper allocation of DAIP placeholder addresses.

This can occur during upgrades or Domain migrations when the Management Server rebuilds DAIP object mappings.
