# Traffic does not match Access Roles that have "Packet Tagging" enabled

## Symptoms

- Traffic does not match Access Roles that have "Packet Tagging" enabled.
- Running the "`pdp update all`" command on the Identity Awareness Gateway resolves the issue.

## Cause

New user and machine sessions with valid packet tagging keys are not assigned relevant access roles with packet tagging feature enabled.

## Solution

This problem was fixed. The fix is included in:

- [Jumbo Hotfix Accumulator for R81.20](https://sc1.checkpoint.com/documents/Jumbo_HFA/R81.20/Default.htm) starting from Take 70
