Traffic does not pass through the Security Group after deleting the built-in user "_lldp"

Symptoms

Traffic does not pass through the Security Group.
Gaia Portal of the Maestro Orchestrator on the "Orchestrator" page does not show Security Appliances as connected.
Output of the Expert mode command 'g_all ps aux | grep -E "lldpd|COMMAND"' on the Security Group shows that the daemon "/usr/sbin/lldpd" was started by an actual user (for example, "admin") instead of the required built-in user "_lldpd".
Gaia Portal of the Maestro Orchestrator or the Security Group on the "User Management > Users" page does not show the required built-in user "_lldp".

Cause

An administrator manually deleted the required built-in user "_lldpd" - on either the Maestro Orchestrator or the Security Group Members.
