# The DLPU process stops responding

## Symptoms
- The DLPU process unexpectedly exits.
- The _/var/log/dump/usermode_ directory on the Security Gateway contains a core dump file for the DLPU process.
- The SHA256 ioc_feed indicator file or the Threat indicator file is configured.

## Cause
There is a problem with the SHA256 hash function.

This problem was fixed. The fix is included in:
