# When creating a Custom Report in SmartConsole, the "Malware Action" entry appears two times

## Symptoms

- When creating a Custom Report, the "`Malware Action`" entry appears two times (instead of "`Malware Action`" and "`Spyware Action`"):

01. In SmartConsole, from the left navigation panel, click **Logs & Monitor**  
02. At the top, click the **[ \+ ]** tab  
03. In the top left panel, click **Reports**  
04. From the top toolbar, click **New** > **New Report**  
05. In the **Report Name** field, enter a report name  
06. In the **Category** field, select **General**  
07. Click **OK**  
08. In the new report, from the top toolbar, click **Add Widget** and click **Table**  
09. In the lower section, click **[ \+ ]** and enter the word **Malware**  
10. The entry "`Malware Action`" appears two times
