Symptoms
- ESP packets experience packet loss when traversing through the firewall.
- Running
fw ctl zdebug + dropdisplays:fw_log_drop_ex: Packet proto=50 x.x.x.x:0 -> x.x.x.x:0 dropped by fw_handle_first_packet Reason: fwconn_key_init_links (INBOUND) failed. - User-Mode SecureXL is active, confirmed via
fwaccel stat.
Solution
This problem was fixed. The fix is included in:
- Jumbo Hotfix Accumulator for R81.20 starting from Take 90
- Jumbo Hotfix Accumulator for R81.10 starting from Take 171
