Error: "Can not load indicators feed without AV & AB blades enabled, please enable AV & AB and try again"

Symptoms

• Adding IoC feed from the CLI fails with an error "Can not load indicators feed without AV & AB Blades enabled, please enable AV & AB and try again", although the Anti-Virus and Anti-Bot blades were enabled in a Quantum Maestro environment.

Cause

The Anti-Virus blade failed to load IoC feeds. Although Anti-Virus and Anti-Bot were enabled on Maestro, the users receive an alert indicating that the blades were disabled.

Solution

This problem was fixed. The fix is included in:

• Jumbo Hotfix Accumulator for R81.20 starting from Take 126

A Support Engineer will make sure the Hotfix is compatible with your environment before providing the Hotfix.
