Symptoms

Policy installation took about 20 minutes. Out of these, policy conversion lasted for 12 to 16 minutes. Debug data was collected using sk159452:

FWM process consumed 100% of CPU resources, while the policy installation progress in SmartConsole remained at 50%.

Solution

This problem was fixed. The fix is included in:

Jumbo Hotfix Accumulator for R82 starting from Take 41
Jumbo Hotfix Accumulator for R81.20 starting from Take 115
Jumbo Hotfix Accumulator for R81.10 starting from Take 183
