Unable to enter Virtual System with "virtual-system-access all" configured

Symptoms

• Assigning "virtual-system-access all" to a role does not grant access to all Virtual Systems as expected.
• After configuring TACACS for non-local Gaia authentication, attempts to assign specific virtual system access to roles fail.
• Users cannot access virtual systems when Expert Mode is combined with Virtual System's specific permissions.

Cause

The system fails to properly evaluate the "all virtual systems" permission during user authentication, resulting in no Virtual System access granted.

Solution

This problem was fixed. The fix is included in:

• Jumbo Hotfix Accumulator for R82.10 starting from Take 36
• Jumbo Hotfix Accumulator for R82 starting from Take 118
• Jumbo Hotfix Accumulator for R81.20 starting from Take 158

This workaround is also available:

• Configure "virtual-system-access" with " 0" as a specific virtual system and add all virtual systems to it: add rba role <role> virtual-system-access 0,all
