Network traffic fails when HTTPS inspection is enabled on Non-Standard ports in R81.20 and higher versions

Symptoms

After upgrade to R81.20 or R82, HTTPS inspection causes connections to fail when using a custom service with a non-standard HTTPS port (for example TCP/9400), and the custom service object is configured with "Protocol: None".

Cause

An issue in the HTTPS parser.

Solution

This problem was fixed. The fix is included in:

Jumbo Hotfix Accumulator for R82.10 starting from Take 36
Jumbo Hotfix Accumulator for R82 starting from Take 118
Jumbo Hotfix Accumulator for R81.20 starting from Take 158
